Nose Cone
When the microphone is placed in the flow field, turbulence is generated on the surface, resulting in unnecessary pressure changes on the diaphragm.
If the airflow sound comes from one direction, using a nose cone can keep these pressure changes as far away from the diaphragm as possible.
The nose cone is suitable for 1/2 and 1/4 inch microphones.
