Therefore, in improving the monitoring effect and fault diagnosis ability, the use of effective and reliable sensors is particularly critical and important

II、solution

Different from the previous vibration sensor and noise sensor separate testing form, the acoustic and vibration integrated sensor HW43100 can meet the customer's synchronous testing requirements for vibration and noise, greatly reducing the possibility of error caused by data acquisition under the same working condition.


III、Product introduction

The acoustic and vibration integrated sensor HW43100 is composed of a three-way accelerometer and a free-field noise sensor. The shell is cut in one piece to ensure the stability of each sensor. The accelerometer and noise sensor are our own products, which can meet the requirements of conventional vibration and noise testing. Vibration reduction measures are added to the measuring microphone, which can be calibrated directly with a calibrator. The volume is reduced, the weight is reduced. Dimensions: Length × width × height (25mm×25mm×47.6mm) overall outlet. Wire: Wire diameter 5mm, 6 core plus shielding. Line length: 0.1m to 2m (length can be customized)
