SPRW21 is a semi permanent microphone developed specif- ically for outdoor noise measurement. It does not have a built-in calibration device, so it needs to be calibrated peri- odically with a sound calibrator, which is suitable for short-term outdoor noise measurement.
SPRW21 meets IP55 protection grade, 60mm diameter windscreen and internal rain cover can fully protect the microphone to withstand harsh weather conditions such as wind, rain and snow, and prevent damage to the micro- phone by sand and dust. A single column bird spike can pre- vent birds from inhabiting and affecting the measurement accuracy.
PRW21 is a permanent microphone developed specifically for outdoor noise measurement, compared to semi perma- nent outdoor microphone, permanent outdoor microphone can be remotely inspected using electrostatic exciters. The built-in signal source can be controlled through serial com- munication to generate a specific sound pressure level exci- tation signal with a frequency of 1 kHz.
