On July 26, 2024, Allinby Company was invited to participate in the fifth "Inrun" academic forum series activities - Aviation PHM sensor Needs and Progress Discussion Roundtable held in Xi 'an. The content of the conference focuses on the diverse requirements for monitoring sensors in the aviation field, the technical indicators of existing sensors and the development direction of key sensor technologies. The event was jointly organized by the Prediction and Health Management Branch of the Chinese Society of Aeronautics, the National Key Laboratory of Strength and Structural Integrity, and the Shanghai Society of Aeronautics.
The core components and subsystems of aviation equipment, such as hydraulic, fuel, environmental control, avionics, etc., generally have the pain points of narrow installation space, harsh use environment, and long service cycle. Accurate real-time monitoring of the status of these core components and subsystems is the key to the normal use of aviation equipment. At present, the condition monitoring sensors used in domestic aviation equipment are mainly imported brands, and domestic brands still have great room for improvement in key performance and reliability.
