I、SDZT-00 type turntable introduction

  Among all the customized products, the SDZT-00 turntable is a new manual turntable developed by Allinby that can adjust both Angle and height. The operator can measure the directivity of the microphone by manually adjusting the Angle and height of the disk surface, and can also accurately locate the rotation Angle of the measured object such as the microphone and loudspeaker.

  Our company can customize the turntable size, turntable surface scale (Angle minimum step can be 1 degree) and turntable drive mode (automatic/manual) according to customer requirements. The automatic turntable can control the rotation Angle and speed of the turntable through software, and the manual version requires the operator to manually rotate the turntable.

  SThe working mode of DZT-00 turntable is shown as follows: Before the test, fix the microphone and support on the turntable, rotate the turntable, determine the Angle, and lock it manually. The signal is collected by the microphone and then transmitted to the computer for analysis.

Functional characteristics:

1.Accurate, the disk Angle is accurately marked, and it can be accurately locked;

2.Convenient, the height of the disk can be lifted manually according to the need, simple and convenient operation;；

3.Stable, there is a horizontal bubble meter in the center of the disk surface, and the height of the footing can be adjusted according to the horizontal bubble meter to maintain the level of the disk surface.

① Rotating lifting support

In addition to the turntable, our company has also developed different types of brackets. The support shown in the figure below can be raised and lowered to a height of 1-4 meters, and the Angle can be adjusted by rotating the cross bar at the top. The microphone can be measured after being fixed on the support and adjusted to a suitable Angle, and the operation is convenient. The support is suitable for noise extraction of microphone in anechoic room environment or large mechanical equipment working scene.
