The acoustic temperature measurement system is jointly developed by Beijing Allinby Technology Co., Ltd. and the expert team from the School of Energy and Power of North China Electric Power University. It is a non-contact furnace temperature measurement solution based on acoustics, consisting of acoustic transceiver, central processing unit, and software system. The system arranges multiple sets of sound wave transmitting and receiving devices on the furnace walls around the cross-section of the furnace. By sequentially emitting sound, multiple path temperatures can be obtained. Using CT reconstruction technology, the two-dimensional temperature field distribution of the temperature measurement plane can be obtained. This system is the first in China, with performance and indicators exceeding those of similar international old products.
The temperature field that the acoustic temperature measurement system can measure ranges from -100 ℃ to 2500 ℃, with path temperature error less than 1%. It provides good visual interface and can display various information such as furnace section combustion intensity, flame eccentricity, isotherm chart, temperature cloud map, and path temperature historical change curve. It can provide real-time and intuitive understanding of the temperature field inside the furnace, and provide real-time and intuitive combustion adjustment basis for operators. Based on this, it can adjust the coal powder or air distribution in the boiler. It can also be connected to auxiliary systems such as targeted air distribution through the DCS system to achieve automatic adjustment of the boiler combustion state.
