The system consists of acoustic array, acoustic imaging instrument, and intelligent software, independently developed by Allinby. The acoustic array can monitor the frequency range of 10Hz~100kHz, and the imaging frequency is 2000Hz~100kHz. The acoustic imaging instrument adopts 7-inch color screen, comes with 32G storage space (standard), can be expanded to 512G, is equipped with 48Wh battery, and can be powered by 220V AC or 12V DC. The software supports Windows or Linux operating systems, supports touch screen operations, and features online analysis, offline analysis, and data export.
The acoustic imaging system calculates based on the time difference and spatial distribution of sound wave propagation through a multi-channel microphone array. The system receives sound signals from multiple microphones simultaneously and records the time it takes for the signal to reach each microphone, thereby calculating the time difference when the sound source reaches different microphones. The propagation speed of sound waves in the air is known, and the position of the sound source can be calculated through time difference, and the distribution of the sound source in space can be displayed in the form of an image. That is, a spatial sound field distribution cloud map (sound image map) is obtained, where the color and brightness of the image represent strength.
